Rates and Booking

The standard rate is $2500 per week for 1-6 people.
For groups of over 7 people there is a charge of $120/week.
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure bookings.
The balance of 50% is due two months before the date of arrival, or at the time of booking if it is less that two months from date of arrival.
A $500 damage deposit is required.
Applicable tax (GST) of 5% will be applied.

Terms

Bookings are available from May through to September.
Summer bookings are from Sunday 4pm to Sundy 10am unless other arrangements are made.
Children Welcome.
No Pets.
No Smoking.
This is a family home – we DO NOT allow parties.
The owner is on site.
